Welcome to Year 6!

We are Class 11 and Class 12. Our teachers are: Mrs Cowell and Mrs Colquhoun. 

We are supported by: Miss Ellis, Mrs Hook, Mrs Hobbs, Miss Fagg and Miss Whipp.

In Year 6, we aim to prepare the pupils for the next stage of their school journey. We focus upon teaching independence and responsibility through a range of strategies. Our pupils have the opportunity to take on roles of responsibility throughout the school.

In Year 6, children have the opportunity to go on our residential trip to Woodlands in October each year. This supports the children to develop their teamwork, independence and self-belief.

The aim is for our pupils to “be the best that they can be” and focus upon self-improvement, resilience and developing their growth mindset.
