Year 4
Welcome to Year 4!
We are Class 7 and Class 8. Our teacher is Miss Hunter.
We are supported by: Mrs Fox, Mrs Hudson, Miss Wilson, Miss Stanley, Mrs Jones, Mr Toste, Miss Fagg, Mrs Mac and Miss Ellis.
In Year 4, we aim to build on the knowledge and skills from the previous year groups whilst also learning new elements. We cover a range of historical and geographical topics throughout the year learning many exciting things in a variety of practical ways. We aim to foster a love of learning through exciting, practical investigations that lead us to ask further questions to develop our understanding of the world.
We prepare our Year 4 children for the Multiplication Tables Check in June. This is a gradual process throughout the year building their confidence and speed to recall all times tables.
