Bure Park Primary School

Learning, caring, growing, sharing

A note from the head...

The school continues to settle well with children fully engaged in their learning.

It has been another productive week in school with lots going on in the classrooms. There have been some great hook-in activities to the topics in different classrooms - chocolate factories with interesting drinks, Ancient Egyptian mummification and guessing who the baby is. The classrooms are vibrant and reflect the topics being undertaken.
We had a lovely first Sharing Assembly of the year this morning and it was good to see so many of you there - my first of many as Headteacher!

We have also been busy planning for the visit of 4 children and 2 teachers from our link school in Germany next week. They will spend the whole week with us joining in our classes and are staying with some of our families, who have kindly offered to host them.
